Helped a distributed-computing team build out their product and put real process behind how they work
The challenge
One To Infinity were building a distributed-computing product but running the work by hand: tasks written and tracked in a notepad, with no way to see progress over time or where anything had actually got to.
What we did
We helped develop out their solution and put core processes in place. Work moved off paper and into a ticket-based system, so progress could be tracked over time and the team could see where everything stood. We also introduced deal flow into the team.
