Aisty.ai were building their AI workspace product but managing the work informally, with no structured way to track tasks, see progress over time or know where anything stood.
What we did
We helped develop out their solution and put core processes in place. Work moved into a ticket-based system, so progress could be tracked over time and the team could see where everything stood. We also introduced deal flow into the team.
